	Begin the day with a visit to the local market to pick up ingredients for your lunch. Continue by songthaew (local covered truck with bench seats) to Mae Kampong village where you are met upon arrival by villagers before beginning a stroll through the community forest to a waterfall, passing tea and coffee fields. Return to the village to watch lunch being prepared by your host family. Early afternoon, pick up your bikes for an exhilarating (mainly downhill) ride through Chiang Mai picturesque countryside visiting on the way San Kamphaeng hot springs and an umbrella workshop.
